General Refund Terms:

  • Refunds are only available for products that are returned in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags, packaging, and receipts intact.

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the delivery date. After this period, we may not be able to process a refund, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at checkout.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for a refund.

  • Personalized, custom, or intimate items (such as underwear, swimwear, or face masks) are non-refundable for health and safety reasons, unless defective.

Refund Process:

  • Once a return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and bank policies.

  • The return shipping cost for non-defective items is the responsibility of the customer. If the returned item is defective or we made an error, we will cover return shipping.

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
