General Refund Terms:

Refunds are only available for products that are returned in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags, packaging, and receipts intact.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the delivery date. After this period, we may not be able to process a refund, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at checkout.
Non-Refundable Items:

Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for a refund.

Personalized, custom, or intimate items (such as underwear, swimwear, or face masks) are non-refundable for health and safety reasons, unless defective.
Refund Process:

Once a return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and bank policies.

The return shipping cost for non-defective items is the responsibility of the customer. If the returned item is defective or we made an error, we will cover return shipping.
